In 2007 the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, announced an initiative to create an Eurasian Club of Scientists (EECSA) to bridge academically Europe and Asia. In 2008 EECSA helped to launch the first Astana Economic Forum which anually is attended by Nobel Prize Laureates and some thousend leaders of politics and business. In 2012 additionally the Internet platform G-Global was established as a versatile platform to discus openly issues of the global economy (www.group-global.org).

In Vienna the Kazakhstan scientists transferred to the Chairman Economic and Social Council of the UN to Martin Saydik the Concept World of the Anti-crisis plan. The document consists of 13 sections. Authors spent for its development about 2 years. In the Concept the offers approved by the international experts during two World Anti-crisis conferences in Astana are considered.
The other day in Vienna within the II Conference of the UN on developing countries which don't have an outlet to the sea which passed under the chairmanship of the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon adoption of important decisions on integration of initiatives of the President of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev – Concepts of the World anti-crisis plan and EXPO-2017 "Energy of the future" in global programs of the UN took place.
