The idea is to discuss under an overarching theme the groundbreaking shifts that we are witnessing in politics, economics and their impact on the regional growth and development.

We will pay particular attention to policy options for Central Asia to mitigate spillover but also to benefit from these new trends and we will try to understand what a country like Kazakhstan can do to navigate these uncharted waters.
