Folklore is colorful and fascinating aspect of any language. Most of the scientists agreed that the proverbs are folklore speech.  A proverb is a short wise saying, having finished idea. Proverb is integer sentence. She usually consists of two parts. The first reported something thought both second part is bill.  For example "What is written pen 6to not cut down ax "," Word of Mouth: fly-you cannot catch?  "There are many ways of skinning a cat. There is no smoke without fire Proverbial Meaning: Gossip and hearsay often has some truth within it, even though the stories themselves may not be entirely true. Proverbs are used in conversation by adults more than children, partially because adults have learned more proverbs than children. Also, using proverbs well is a skill that is developed over years. Additionally, children have not mastered the patterns of metaphorical expression that are invoked in proverb use.                               «A proverb (from Latin: pro “forward” + verb “word”) is a collection of words that has been disseminated forth and states a general truth or gives advice: Idleness is the root of all evil. A penny saved is a penny gained. The pen is mightier than the sword. Ask no questions, hear no lies. Silence is sometimes an answer» [1].

Pragmatically, verbs are used for communicative purposes and we need pragmatic reasoning in order to understand them. That is, they are used with a certain communicative aim that transcends their linguistic form and meaning. Most of these Kazakh proverbs require meanings for better understanding in English. In fact, I may have gotten some explanations wrong from what I pulled out of the context of the paragraph in which these jewels were nested.  If you are a Kazakh reader and know a better meaning, please do correct them in the comments section.  Or better yet, add your own proverbs with meanings. “If sister-in-laws were friendly, there would be much food.”, “A mountain eagle shares his food, but an owl would hide the food under his backs.”  Something about having someone who is skilled at slaughtering sheep and cattle, they must be treated generously because in the older times Kazakhs respected those who did manual labor or craftsmanship. “First of all you need health, then a white shawl (a wife) and five sheep.”  It was assumed that if you did not sell 12 sheep and if you kept them safe from wolves and thieves, in five or ten years a herdsman might have five hundred of his own.

Among Kazakhs no conversation takes place without a proverb being mentioned. Both young and old employ them to give advice, to express their opinion to warm, to caress and curse, to say universal truths. The Kazakhs consider them as an authoritative opinion, and it is surprising to see the influence that proverbs make on a Kazakh. As soon as a proverb is said all arguments cease, a misfortune becomes bearable and even death becomes acceptable and natural [2].                                                     Inconsequence of the fact that there are proverbs with similar meaning in two non-related languages, meanwhile there are also many differences between the Kazakh and English proverbs. Firstly, the Kazakh proverbs are mostly based on the topics such as: Motherland, people (population), heroism (knights), unity, relationship between parents and children, marriage, youth-old age: relationship between young people and old people, respecting of older people, hospitality, for example:                                             Отан – елдің анасыЕл –ердің анасы

All these themes or topics are strongly connected with national peculiarities, national values, stereotypes, social life, way of life of the Kazakh people, patriotic feelings and with the roots of ancient descendants. Therefore, it is necessary to point out that exactly this branch of Lexicology shows a basic cultural level of the actual language. Also, it can be proved that proverbs are closely connected with the national peculiarity of the country; moreover, a proverb represents the experience of nation which had acquired throughout centuries. In proving, it is proper to state, the Kazakh people have a long tradition of peace, tolerance and co-existence. Children learn hospitality and respect from a very young age, and this is reflected in the wonderful hospitality offered to all guests. That is why most of the Kazakh proverbs are devoted to hospitality, respecting of people and unity.

The data that mentioned above means that proverbs are used as the way of expressing people’s wisdom and nation’s spirit. The proverbs of two non-related languages have difference in themes and it depends on the national values. Proverbs are generalizations of human experience. Above all, they are the fruit of observation and inductive reason of each nation. They were created according to peculiarities and distinctions of the definite nation and were passed from mouth to mouth, from generation to generation.
